Hot Cross Bun Coffee Morning

Saturday, 19th March 10am-12noon at the Village Hall  with coffee, buns, stalls and activities for children and a Grand Easter Hamper Raffle

December fund raising for the Village Hall

Saturday, 5th December - Breakfast With Santa with our annual Hamper Raffle. Donations for the hampers will be very welcome now. Please drop in to Rendezvous or give to any of the committee. Thanks in advance.

Friday, 11th December An evening with 'Whalebone' promising a great night out with no parking problems! Tickets selling already! £10 each to include interval nibbles. Licensed bar

Valuation Day with JS Fine Art

Valuation Day has come around again. It is on Friday, 6th November from 10am-3pm at the Village Hall. There will be valuers from JS Auctions of Bodicote, near Banbury. Simon Davies will head up the valuers; he is knowledgeable about most things but he will be joined by Sarah Lewis who specialises in pictures and maps and Tony Cribb who specialises in arms, militaria and medals etc.

Come along and find out what your treasures are worth for interest, insurance or sale.

Community Shred-In Tomorrow!

Don't forget the shredding machine will be visiting the Village Hall between 2pm and 4pm tomorrow Thursday, 29th October. It costs £5 per black bag, half of which goes to Village Hall funds.

Tea and cakes will be available too!

Garage Sale

Don't forget the Garage Sale tomorrow! Bacon rolls at the Village Hall from 8.30am - have a sneaky look at the progress in the hall, have a bacon roll and a coffee and check out the bargains. Then have a stroll around the village and support the stall holders.

Bledington's Bumper Beach Party

Sunday August 23rd - The Beach Party on the Green from 12 noon onwards.

A Beach and Barbecue, Bar, Picnics, Teas,a Bouncy Castle, Punch & Judy Shows with balloon modelling by Tomfoolery, fairground rides from Hatwells and a trampoline.

Come along and bring ALL the family , there's something for everyone and all in aid of the Village Hall!

Summer Flower Show

It's the Summer Flower Show on Saturday at the School! Don't forget to bring your entry forms to me, Jenny Beacham, tomorrow, Thursday, 6th August between 10am and 10pm. If you have mislaid your schedule, I do have a few spares.

Bring your entries to the School Hall on Friday between 7pm and 7.30pm or between 8am and 10am on Saturday morning

Pub Quiz

Thank you to everyone who came on Sunday for our Longest Day Party - nearly £400 was raised. The Pub Quiz is NEXT TUESDAY, 30th June - yes June has nearly gone! Please book your table at the Kings Head - the food will be beef stew and mash. So far only one table has been booked and Mick Newton has put a lot of effort in to this so we must support him and in so doing, also support the Village Hall funds.

Thank you to everyone who came on Sunday for our Longest Day Party - nearly £400 was raised. The Pub Quiz is NEXT TUESDAY, 30th June - yes June has nearly gone! Please book your table at the Kings Head - the food will be beef stew and mash. So far only one table has been booked and Mick Newton has put a lot of effort in to this so we must support him and in so doing, also support the Village Hall funds.

Don't forget Fizz and Canapes at The Old Vicarage THIS Sunday, 21st June - our Longest Day Party. It's a perfect way to finish off Fathers Day as well. Bring him along for a quiet drink and a saunter around the gardens! There will be a Raffle and a Quiz around the garden to test your memories/wits. Just £5 gives you a glass of fizz and canapes to accompany. We have a licence so you can buy more!
